Terms of use.

Plain-English ground rules for using Attunella's website and reserving a ring. By submitting your email or buying a ring, you agree to these.

1. The reservation

• Submitting your email to our pre-launch list is not a purchase. We don't take payment, store payment info, or pre-authorize anything.
• Your reservation simply secures: (a) early access to the launch window, and (b) the founders' price lock — $49.99 single ring or $79.99 pair — applied if you confirm your order after launch.
• You can cancel anytime by emailing service@attunella.com. No reason needed.

2. The price

• Founders' pricing is locked in for everyone who reserved an email on or before June 26, 2026.
• Listed prices do not include local sales tax (US) / VAT (EU & UK). Tax is calculated at checkout.
• Shipping is free worldwide for launch reservers. After launch, standard shipping rates may apply.

3. Shipping

• Rings begin shipping June 27, 2026, in reservation order (earlier reservations ship first).
• We aim to deliver all founders' orders within 6 weeks of June 27. Real-world transit time varies by country.
• If your order is delayed beyond 90 days, you can request a full refund.

4. The ring

• Material: 316L surgical-grade stainless steel. Hypoallergenic for sensitive skin.
• Sizes: US 5 – 13. A free paper sizer ships with every reservation before the actual ring goes out.
• Water resistance: IPX8 (5 ATM / 50 m). Safe in shower, swimming, and daily wear. Skip deep diving and high-pressure sauna.
• NFC: 13.56 MHz. Works with all phones that support NFC.

5. Returns & exchanges

• Free size exchange within 30 days of receiving your ring. We cover return shipping.
• 30-day satisfaction return for full refund (excluding personalized engraving costs, which are waived for the founder run).
• Email service@attunella.com to start either process — no forms, no automated chat.

6. The app

• The Attunella app is free and required to unlock your guardian. iOS 15+ or Android 10+.
• There is no subscription, no in-app purchase, no ads. Ever. If we ever add a paid feature, all founders get it free.
• If we ever discontinue the app (we don't plan to), your ring will still work as a beautifully engraved piece of jewelry, and we'll release the daily-reading content as an open archive.

7. Account & data

• We collect what's described in our privacy policy. That document governs everything we do with your data.
• You can request export or deletion of your data at any time.

8. Liability

Attunella is sold as a piece of consumer jewelry with a companion software experience. We don't claim health, medical, or astrological-accuracy benefits. Don't make life decisions based on a daily reading alone. Be reasonable.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New York State, USA. Any dispute will be resolved in good faith first by email; if that fails, in the state courts of Kings County, New York. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under your local law.
